This Stratocaster serial number 12164 was sold by the son of the original owner who had player this guitar on the road for a number of years. Considering age and the use this guitar has seen it was reported to be in great condition. Gibson Black Beauty Highlighted Sale Of The Week

This weeks highlighted sale of a vintage guitar is a 1956 Gibson Les Paul Custom in excellent collector condition. This vintage Gibson sold for $23,000 on January 13, 2009.

Highlight of the week is a 1975 Bozo Podunavac

This weeks highlighted sale of the week is a highly collectible 1975 Bozo Podunavac classical guitar, which featured India rosewood back and side, spruce top, cedar neck with an ebony finger board and gold plated machine heads.
Over 500 of these hand crafted guitars have been built over the years by the craftsman Bozo Podunavac. One of the most prominent players of this guitar was Leo Kottke, and fans of his will remember the big Bozo guitar he used to play. This masterpiece sold on eBay for $12,000 on December 26,2008. 1960 Vintage Fender Stratocaster Sunburst, Highlighted Sale of The Week
Written by admin on December 22, 2008 – 9:31 pm -This beautiful 1960 Fender Stratocaster sold this past week for $11,591 after 34 bidders pursued owning this vintage guitar. This guitar had the original headstock logo ,flamed maple neck, rare Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and included the original "brownie" hard shell case. The owner included the original packaged set of Fender strings as well as a vintage leather strap from that era. This "No Reserve" auction on eBay generated a lot of interest in the week before Christmas.

Vintage Electric Guitar Sale of the Week, 1963 Gibson ES335 TD

This weeks vintage guitar sale of the week is a 1963 Gibson ES 335 TD. This vintage electric guitar with cherry red finish and Bigsby tailpiece was sold at eBay auction for $8,600 on December 6, 2008. This well played guitar was sold by its only owner, a musician who toured and recorded with this guitar. There continue to be many electric guitars for sale every week in online auctions.
